Earlier this term, Year 6 pupils got the chance to participate in the Hackney Junior Citizenship scheme. The aim of the scheme is to help pupils transitionally smoothly and safely from their last year of primary school to their first in a secondary setting. Pupils enjoyed a variety of workshops which included one on fire safety, one on knife crime, one on sugar intake and healthy eating and another on money matters.
Pupils thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to visit the Centre and they were thoroughly engaged in the workshops.
